There are only 12 miles of roads to drive here, from south to east. There is a shuttle bus you can take through an popular narrow canyon, but since no dogs are allowed, i did not take it. Besides, parking goes fast and the overflow parking is in town. I guess i could have boarded Donner for the day, but that is not why i brought him along. He wants to be with me, and i him.
